Naruto is a strait located in between Awaji Island and Shikoku. It connects the eastern side of the Inland Sea and Kii Channel.  It is famous for it's whirlpools whose tide moves a large amount of water into the Inland Sea and removes out so that it creates a fast movement of whirl. His master Hiroshige I also produced a print from the same location. This image is more subtle than the one by the master.

Good; paper slightly worn, small restoration at the bottom.
